The walking and running center is tucked back in the mountains and foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. It is where you can go as a person who wants to start a walking program and doesn't know how or where you can learn how to increase your stride and decrease your time as a runner. This place is based on the program developed by Carl Dean, a physical therapist who designed it originally for runners and has now learned how to help people with all physical and mental issues. For runners, we guarantee to take time off your average time (some runners have experienced as much as 2-4minutes per mile). For walkers, we guarantee to teach you how to unload your joints and walk further, faster, and better than you ever have.

Stride Sticks is a fantastic addition to this center, and we are here to help you use them in your everyday walking and running routine.

We are also here to help with any Physical Therapy needs.
